Behaviour interviews

Behaviour interviews ask for past examples mapped to Success Profiles behaviours. Panels score your evidence, not your charm.

Format

You will usually face two or more interviewers. Each question targets a behaviour from the advert. Expect follow-up probes on your actions and decisions.

Preparation plan

1. List the behaviours in the advert.
2. Choose two examples per behaviour.
3. Write STAR bullet cards; practise aloud.
4. Prepare a concise "tell us about yourself" that leads into your strongest evidence.
