Strength-based questions explore what energises you and when you perform at your best. They are less about polished STAR stories and more about authentic patterns.

Examples

• What sort of work are you doing when time disappears?
• How do you like to receive feedback?
• Tell us about a day that left you feeling energised.

Be honest. Panels look for alignment with the strengths named in the advert, not rehearsed heroic tales. You may still have a behaviour element in the same campaign. Check the advert.
