Grade 7 interview guide
Most Grade 7 interviews are behaviour-based. A panel asks for examples and probes your actions, judgement and results against the behaviours in the advert.
What changes at Grade 7
Expect deeper follow-ups on trade-offs, stakeholders and impact. Answers should still be STAR, but Action should show strategic framing, leading teams or complex projects and advising senior stakeholders.
Preparation
- Prepare two examples per advertised behaviour.
- Practise aloud to 2–3 minutes.
- Be ready for "what would you do differently?"
