Find the evidence for your behaviour statement
Do not start by trying to write 250 words. First find two or three real situations that give an assessor something concrete to score.
1. Hunt for moments, not polished stories
2. Capture up to three possibilities
3. Test which example is strongest
For each possibility, ask whether it gives you enough evidence for the points below. Pick the example with the strongest actions and clearest result, not necessarily the most dramatic story.
