Success Profiles: Ability
Ability elements test aptitude (often numerical, verbal or abstract reasoning) separately from behaviour statements.
Prepare with timed practice if a test is named in the advert. Ability scores are usually combined with other elements according to the campaign rules.
How this sits with behaviours
Behaviours are only one element of Success Profiles. A campaign may combine ability with behaviours, experience or strengths. Always read the advert to see what is scored.
