Asking thoughtful questions shows engagement. Prefer questions about the team's priorities, success measures and ways of working over pay (which is usually in the advert).

• What would good look like in the first six months?
• Which stakeholders most influence this team's success?
• How does the team use feedback after campaigns or releases?
