Most Civil Service interviews are panels. Share eye contact, answer the person who asked, and keep your structure tight so every member can score you.

• Address the questioner, then include others with brief eye contact.
• Do not skip STAR steps because you feel rushed.
• If you lose your place, pause and restart the Action.
