At EO, assessors expect: organising work beyond your own desk, coordinating with others and showing sound judgement. Collect examples that show that depth before you apply.

Application route

1. Find an open campaign on Civil Service Jobs.
2. Note the behaviours and word limits in the advert.
3. Write STAR statements pitched at EO.
4. Prepare for a behaviour interview using the same examples.
